Laura Abigail (L. A.) Cate, who was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, and lived in Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away on December 4, 2023. She was 18 years old at the time of her death. Tyler (Bridget Cate) and Allyson (Conner McNair); her cousins, Sophia Cox, Noah Raby, Ashlen Cate, Judah Cox, Kaia Raby, Audrey Cate, Annabelle McNair, Lily Raby, Katherine McNair, Wyatt Cox, Hailey Cate, Levi Raby, Trek Raby, Emerson McNair, Noah Cate and Rosemary McNair; and also, Carolyn Primm of Tennessee and Teddy. Mount Sequoyah Retreat & Conference Center, which can be found at 150 N Skyline Dr, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701, will be the location of a gathering that will be held on Saturday, December 16th, 2023 at 10:00 AM.

The gathering will be held in honor of the life of the individual who has passed away. Due to the fact that she had been restricted to hospitals that were located outside of the state during the COVID outbreak and was unable to receive visitors, she was happy to be granted the opportunity to stay in student housing and to be surrounded by a higher number of individuals who were the same age as her.
